HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDE:
Orders placed after December 12th shipping via ground service
are not guaranteed to arrive before December 25th.
GIFTS ORDERED VIA GROUND SERVICE WILL BE SHIPPED VIA GROUND SERVICE.
THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNTS OR REFUNDS FOR GIFTS DELIVERED LATE OR NOT
ORDERED WITH THE CORRECT SHIPPING METHODS.
POLICIES:
SUBSTITUTIONS:
At times it may be necessary for us to substitute items when creating
a gift package. We will always use a substitute of equal or greater
value when we find this to be a necessity.
CANCELING/CHANGING your order:
When canceling or changing an order or an address we need to be notified
by phone ASAP!. If the order has been shipped and not delivered you
may cancel the order but will be responsible for shipping charges and
your merchandise will be credited. Otherwise, all sales are final. In
the event that your package is lost, damaged or returned to us, we will
refund the cost of the basket (less any shipping fees), at your request.
Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address
or recipient refusals, can be re-shipped with extra shipping fees.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Customer satisfaction is very important to us, but ALL SALES
ARE FINAL. In the event that your package is lost, damaged,
or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the basket, not the shipping
charges, at your request. Items that are returned to us for lack of
correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped with
an extra shipping fee.
SHIPPING:
We will happily ship your package(s) via UPS or Fed Ex both nationally
and internationally. When shipping internationally, alcohol and perishable
gifts cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do require
a 3rd party Fed Ex account number to charge duties and tax charges.
If you do not have a Fed Ex account number we will be happy to ship
the gift to you and you may forward the gift on to it’s destination.
Perishable Products:
Any gift including fresh fruit or perishable food products must be shipped
via 2nd or next day shipping. During the summer months, chocolates must
be shipped on ice and via express shipping.
***P.O Box or APO address*** WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO Box or APO
address. (If your order is addressed to a PO Box or APO address,
is incomplete or incorrect, a reroute fee will apply)
UPS AND FED EX CLOCK STARTS THE DAY AFTER THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED. So
the shipping day does not count. For example, a package shipped GROUND
TO CALIFORNIA, a five-day shipment if shipped on Monday will arrive
the next Monday. Saturdays and Sundays do not apply.
Fed Ex and UPS only guarantee next day and 3 day shipping. Ground shipping
delivery is not guaranteed. This is an estimated time of arrival that
your gift should arrive. When placing an order for delivery do not count
the day ordered. Deliveries go by the next calendar day, Monday thru
Friday:
2 day Express Delivery takes 2 business days (not including the day
it ships)
3 day Express Delivery takes 3 business days (not including the day
it ships)
Next Day Air Delivers the next business day.

HOW YOUR GIFT IS PACKAGED:
We do do our best to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition.
We shrink wrap each package and pack it in a heavy-duty cardboard box
with plenty of packaging materials to eliminate shifting during shipment.
HOW TO KNOW WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED:
If requested, we will email you a shipping notification and include
any tracking information you would like.
QUALITY CONTROL:
We want your gift basket to arrive at its destination looking wonderful
so we pay attention to the whole process. Each gift is hand made, shrink
wrapped and packed in heavy duty card board boxes with plenty of packaging
materials around it to virtually eliminate shifting during shipment.

or Discover Cards. We also offer Corporate accounts for businesses.
